Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING Policy

I include free insured shipping on all orders. You automatically receive free shipping at checkout.

You can track the progress of your artwork with your tracking reference through our professional courier partners.

Your artwork is fully insured against loss and damage in transit (see below: “What do I do if the artwork arrives damaged?”). You can discuss shipping with me at anytime ( info@garyholding.com )

RETURNS Policy

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your original oil painting as I was when I painted it! That’s why once you’ve received your artwork, you have fourteen (14) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep the artwork, exchange it, or return it for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (take good care when opening your artwork to save the packaging in a useable state).

How Do I Return?

Step 1 – Within fourteen (14) days of being in receipt of your artwork please email me ( info@garyholding.com )to notify me of your intent to return, and whether you would like an exchange or refund (see below). I will contact you with a confirmation receipt of your message. Please do not ship the artwork before notifying me of your intention.

Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging. Take excellent care to ensure the artwork returns undamaged, otherwise you may not be eligible for a refund.

Step 3 – Arrange with a courier for insured tracked shipping. Arrange for prompt collection. Providing you have notified me within the 14 days from receipt, you will have a further seven (7) days to ship out the artwork.

Step 4 – notify me of the tracking number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. I am happy to advise on a courier service.

Refund or Exchange?

If you want to be refunded or to exchange the artwork see below:-

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (this is based solely on the condition of the artwork being in the same condition as sent).

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit for the full amount, in the currency and at the exchange rate at the time of transaction, minus any card handling fees will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Exchanges

As for refunds, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your artwork.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for an exchange (this is based solely on the condition of the artwork being in the same condition as sent)..

If you are approved, you can select an alternative original artwork.  If you’re exchanging an item for a different artwork that costs more, I’ll charge you the difference in price. I’ll refund you the difference if the new item costs less. The artwork will then be shipped to you.

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged or is Lost?

Please contact me as soon as possible, artwork is fully insured against loss or damage in transit. Save original packaging! Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to info@garyholding.com. I will email / call you to let you know what action has been taken to resolve the issue and to update you.
